For people who may not be able to tell a responder who they are
When memory loss or confusion makes it hard to give a name, a medication list, or a phone number, the information has to come from somewhere else. A scannable profile gives responders a reliable source, and tells the people who care for that person that something has happened.
What to put in the profile
- Full name, date of birth, and the name they answer to
- Diagnoses and any conditions that affect treatment
- Current medications, especially blood thinners and anything for heart, diabetes, or seizures
- Allergies and past reactions
- Primary caregiver and backup contacts, in order of who is most likely to answer
- Helpful notes: may wander, may be frightened by uniforms, responds to a familiar name
How MyAllyFile helps
- A QR code on a wristband, clothing tag, or wallet card opens the profile on any phone.
- Caregivers can update the profile in seconds when medications change.
- Emergency and trusted PINs let you decide who sees what.
- Your contacts are alerted when emergency access is used, including a map link if location is shared.
- Paid plans add SMS alerts and more contacts for larger care teams.
