MyAllyFile Support

Frequently Asked Questions

How does MyAllyFile work?

MyAllyFile lets you store critical medical information in a secure profile linked to a unique QR code and public URL. In an emergency, first responders or trusted contacts can scan your code or enter your PIN to view the information you chose to share.

Is my medical information secure?

Yes. We do not use advertising analytics or sell your data. Profile data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you can edit your profile. Public access is gated by the PINs and link settings you configure. During emergency access, the browser may optionally share approximate location once with your emergency contacts in that alert only; we do not store location long-term.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, open Settings (or the Account section on your Profile tab), and follow the Delete account flow. You will verify your identity and confirm deletion. Your profile and account data are permanently removed.

What should I do if I lose my QR code?

Sign in, open the Security tab, and use Regenerate public profile link. This creates a new URL and QR code. The old link stops working immediately; your medical information stays intact.

Can I update my medical information after creating my profile?

Yes. Sign in and open the Profile tab to edit any section. Changes are saved to your account and reflected on your public profile.

Who can access my medical information?

Only someone with your public profile link who passes your emergency or trusted PIN (or uses the emergency access flow you configured). You control access by choosing who receives your QR code or link.

How do I connect Domi Ops Cloud to my profile?

You need a Plus or Pro plan. Open Settings, choose Connected apps, then Connect Domi Ops next to the profile you want to link. Paste the code it shows into Domi Ops within 10 minutes. After that, all of that person’s current medications in Domi Ops (the ones not deleted there) are copied to that profile whenever they change, with paused, as-needed and over-the-counter medications marked as such. The sync only goes one way, from Domi Ops Cloud to MyAllyFile, and those medications are read-only here. It works with Domi Ops Cloud, not self-hosted Domi Ops. To stop it, choose Revoke under Connected apps or unlink in Domi Ops; the synced medications are removed from the profile.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Pricing page or by managing your subscription in the Stripe customer portal (Profile or Settings → Manage subscription for paid plans).

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Your profile remains accessible on the Free plan limits. Paid-only features (such as extra emergency contacts or SMS alerts) stop when the subscription ends.
